How is it that when August arrives the month seems to fly into September? In some ways, August in northern New York is the best. Summer crops are being harvested and the farmers markets are loaded with locally grown sun-ripened tomatoes, peppers, corn, and other delights of summer. A trip to the weekly market is on my list for Wednesday. Looking forward to it!
