The Mind Body Connection

Understanding and tapping into the mind body connection has been part of the belief and healing systems of indigenous peoples for thousands of years.

Despite some modern philosophies, conventional medical philosophy, and religious teachings that emphasize separation of mind and body, people seem to have an innate knowledge of their mind body spirit connection.

You have probably heard or used expressions like these, "He has a broken spirit" or "I knew it in my gut" or "I feel it in my soul." If your hair ever stood on end when you felt afraid, or felt love in your heart area, you've experienced the body and brain connection. It is instantaneous and is part of us. 

Likewise, if you ever experienced a spontaneous healing, or realized your worse fears, you have also seen the mind body connection at work.

Understanding how mind body and spirit are intertwined is an important part of learning how to tap into that relationship for your besnefit. When you can see how your limiting beliefs and programming interfere with your health and happiness, you can change them. When you realize how a past emotional trauma is linked to present day illness, and you release the energy of it, your cells may renew. 

Although it may sound simplistic in the saying of it, a healthy mind body spirit really are one. 

The beauty of working with the mindbody connection is not only in its ability to help you improve your health, but to achieve more of what you want in your life.
