Spiritual Energy Healing

Just putting the words spiritual wellness together for some implies only how well you are adhering to a specific set of religious beliefs and behaviors. For others it's anything but. That debate is outside the realm of this site.

The purpose of this site is to promote wellness on all levels of your being.

When we look at human biofields and levels of healing, it's clear that illness originates on the lower four levels and that you need to work simultaneously on all levels to heal. Spiritual healing at the fourth level is integral to enhancing your mind body spirit and soul healing experiences.

What Spiritual Energy Healing Isn't

They aren't about our preferred wording or beliefs about the spiritual realm. You may have ideas about the spiritual energy field, but no one really has all the answers.

It is my goal to present concepts as they are presently understood. Like everyone else I am still in the process of learning, so please overlook words you may not like or thoughts you may not agree with. Instead look to the spirit of what is being said and for the nuggets of truth that can "set you free".

Spiritual energy healing isn't about specific techniques although some will be shared. These techniques are useful because they serve as tools to help you accomplish the work.

The techniques may not necessarily be geared to just spiritual work, but they can help you access the spiritual level when used for that purpose. Sometimes it just happens.

Spiritual healing isn't about healing our spirits. Our divine higher spiritual selves at the fifth level are already well and perfect. The limiting thoughts and beliefs we have placed on our relationship to this field, and all other beings in it, most likely do need healing.

What Spiritual Energy Healing Is

It is about having a mind open to learning and possibilities and spiritual awakening. It is about healing and enhancing your mind body spirit and soul connection. Intellectual learning may occur, but this learning goes deeper.

It is about being open to the teachings and energy of the field without limiting it by your beliefs. It is about awakening yourself to truth, authentic truth, that you already know at your spiritual level. It is about using the energy and wisdom of this level to guide and heal yourself on all levels. This often happens as you release limiting thoughts,beliefs and attitudes.

Spiritual healing is about accessing the realm or the energy of the spiritual to bring healing to your mind and body.

It's about going beyond the smallness of your usual thinking patterns and ways of responding, and opening to spiritual knowing and the urging of intuition. These promptings can come directly through your intuition or through the words of others that resonate with your spirit. They can come to you via energy healing practices that raise your vibration.

It's about opening ourselves to the oneness of all that is. It's about love, unconditional love and fully accepting yourself and others. This kind of love holds the highest and purest vibration. This is the essence of spiritual energy healing.

How do you know truth? As you allow it, you will know it. I remember reading some spiritual books and jumping up and down saying, "Yes, yes, yes!" to that which was in total contradiction to most of what I was taught to believe and practice.

Truth feels right at the deepest level. It's already inside you waiting to be awakened. It brings with it an inner peace that is unshakable. I have learned that, for the most part, the deepest truth I can speak are the words "I don't know."

And the energy? You'll know that too. Few things give me greater joy than to bring energy through my hands so that others can feel it. The big smile and the look on their faces is almost one of relieved happiness as they touch what they have already known and "forgotten".

How you embrace spiritual energy healing is between you and the divine. The words often used on this site come from the Judeo-Christian traditions because those are the words I know. Please feel free to substitute with quotes from your holy books as appropriate.

Having said that, if you are not attached to a specific religion, or any religion, that's fine too. As stated above, this isn't about religion. It's about the spiritual level of the field and using it's energy and wisdom for healing.
