Vibrational energy healing is also called harmonic healing, harmonic resonance healing, and vibrational medicine. It dates back to the ancient civilizations of the Lemurians, Aztecs, Egyptians, and the Chinese.
Vibrational medicine influences the body and energy field by changing its frequency. It acts as a catalyst for healing and transformation by transferring energy frequencies into the physical body from a machine, an energy healer, or a healing remedy. According to Gurudas, author of Gem Elixers and Vibrational Healing, vibrational remedies are “tinctures of liquid consciousness” containing an evolutionary force in the shape of a particular energy pattern.
The goal of vibrational energy healing is to activate the body's energies toward equilibrium and balance. This can be accomplished with the help of specific remedies, light or sound frequencies, crystals, energy exercises, and hands-on healing. Some believe that healing can be accomplished in the mind of the healer as in distance healing or prayer on behalf of a person seeking healing.
In general, raising your vibration makes you feel lighter, more clear, more loving, and more at peace. Your body and mind feel more relaxed, and pain often diminishes. If your energy raises to a higher frequency than you are accustomed to, you may feel spacey for a few minutes until you get used to it or it reduces a bit.
Illness, dis-ease and troubling emotions are usually associated with a low or unbalanced vibration or energy flow. Energy appears to be uneven or blocked in some areas of the aura.
It is up to the healer to channel a higher energy frequency that will raise the vibration of the receiver. The field of the individual receiving these healing vibrations entrains and resonates with that of the healer. Negative states may shift immediately or the process may take time over multiple sessions. It usually takes a while for the field to stabilize and hold a higher frequency.
After a session, it is not uncommon for the field to go back to its previous frequency, much like an individual returns to familiar postures after a body work session. At first, your energy field may only hold the new frequency for a few minutes, but the more you expose yourself to it, the longer it lasts. Having a harmonic healing session once a week or more and/or taking a vibrational remedy several times a day reminds the energy field of the desired frequency. Remedies works gently and safely while continuing to introduce a healing vibration. Ultimately, your energy field and your mind must accept the healing and resonate with the new vibration.
The same idea holds true whether you are using color, light, sound, chanting, flower essences, or essential oils. They introduce a vibration into your energy field externally or internally. Some of these remedies are taken multiple times a day to keep reminding your system of the vibration you want to stabilize in your field.
There are many ways to raise and hold a healthy vibration. Remember, 'it's all energy'. Use your knowledge of harmonic resonance to your advantage.

Do keep in mind, however, that your energy frequencies change throughout the day depending on what you are doing. For example, when you are driving a car, you want to be more focused, grounded, and "solid" than when you are having fun at a party or relaxing at home. The energy levels to guard against are those very low frequencies associated with ongoing negative emotional states, such as guilt, shame, blame, resentment, and guilt.
Everything you introduce into your mind, body and energy field affects you to some degree, either to your good or your harm. Perhaps the states you hold onto most often, affect you the most. If your general level is positive, great. Keep it up. If your general mental state is negative, vibrational energy healing, including emotional release techniques, can help you.
Make a habit of maintaining your vibration at a level that is healthy and enjoyable for you. You'll have a positive attitude and energy for your life. You'll bounce back quickly from emotional dips and feel good in your skin.
